HOW LCL IS CHARGED
LCL freight is charged by W/M (Weight or Measurement) -- whichever is greater:

Example: If your cargo is 2 CBM but weighs 2,500 kg, the chargeable volume = 2.5 CBM (2,500 ÷ 1,000). The higher value is used for billing.

IMPORTANT: DELIVERY INSPECTION CHECKLIST
When your LCL cargo is delivered to your address, please follow these steps to protect your insurance claim rights:
- 1.Photograph the cargo and packaging condition before moving anything.
- 2.Check all packages for damage. If any damage is found, photograph and video it immediately -- showing the cargo in place.
- 3.Note all damage clearly and in detail on the delivery receipt / POD before signing.
- 4.Send photos and the signed POD to us immediately so we can initiate the insurance claim process.
⚠️ Signing the delivery receipt without noting damage will void your insurance claim. This step is critical.
