Pickup & Loading
Our truck collects your cargo from the factory. For FCL, the container is stuffed and sealed at the factory or CFS. Export customs documentation is handled by our team.
Ocean Freight
Your cargo sails from Ningbo, Shanghai, Shenzhen, or Qingdao to major US ports -- LA, New York, Tacoma, Miami, Houston, and more. You'll receive the vessel name, voyage, ETD, and ETA.
US Customs Clearance
Our licensed customs brokers handle the full entry filing. We confirm your HTS code and duty rate with you before submission -- no guessing, no surprises. Invoice sent 3-7 days before arrival.
Last-Mile Delivery

IMPORTANT: DELIVERY INSPECTION PROTOCOL
To protect your cargo insurance claim rights, please follow these steps when your container arrives:
- 1 Photograph the container seal before breaking it -- confirm the seal number matches your documents.
- 2 Inspect cargo packaging inside the container before signing. Photo and video any damage while goods are still inside.
- 3 Note any damage clearly on the delivery receipt before signing. Send photos to us immediately.
⚠ Signing without inspection voids the insurance claim. This step is critical.
